"We make a living by what we get.
We make a life by what we give."

In anything balance is an important element.  It’s true in life.  And it’s true in business.  At Purity Wholesale Grocers where you’ll find a business that is on the cutting edge of the industry and a team that in many ways mirrors a family, you’ll also find a sincere commitment to caring for the community.
Our employees have made a personal
commitment to it, and our company supports it any way we can.  From helping relieve some of the devastation in the aftermath of natural disaster to keeping desperately needed, yet poorly funded clinics up and running, PWG has donated water, canned goods, diapers, medicine, and more.

Year after year, our employees have banded together to raise thousands of dollars for charities working toward improving the quality of life for the ill and impoverished including the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, Leukemia Society, and Salvation Army.

PWG’s founder, Jeff Levitetz consistently sets the example of thoughtful giving with the time and resources he donates to give kids a positive outlook.  The company has taken his lead, and is now proud to sponsor the USA Greco Roman Wrestling Team in the Olympics.
     Perhaps our greatest
pride is the non-profit organization the company founded to help put children on a path of positivity.  RC Children’s Charities Inc. provides funding for college based on a child’s personal achievements.  The program starts by sending kids to summer camp, and follows with a life-long mentor and development of life skills such as responsibility and compassion.
The program is supported in great part by
volunteer employees who organize a series of fund raising events.
We do all of this, because
we believe being connected to the community is our responsibility as a company and as people.  We like to think we’re stronger because of it.  And maybe a littler better, too.
